Jaesan Bell was born May 30, 1967 in Newark, New Jersey. His mother the late Pastor and Overseer Mother Blanche Bell-Weaver of Rescue Church of God moved them to Sanford, FL when she opened a second church. He began learning the bass guitar in the church at age 10. He then started learning and playing the drums in church at age 12 for the next 10 years. He attended Florida A & M University in 1987 to major in Computer Information System where he also began to further pursue .
